Guess Which State Just Had A Constitutional Carry Bill Filed?

House Bill 69, entitled the “Constitutional Carry Act” was just filed (PDF) in the North Carolina General Assembly yesterday, and has been referred to the Judiciary Committee today with ten cosponsors.

It is not known if the bill will have enough support to pass out of committee and make it to a floor vote.
