19-year-old Dylan Noble died in surgery Saturday evening after being shot by Fresno police officers.

Around 3:20pm on Saturday Fresno police were responding to a call about a person walking with a rifle. During their manhunt, they noticed Dylan Noble burning out in his pickup truck and pulled him over. When Dylan pulled over in the area of Shields and Armstrong, investigators say he didn’t comply with officers’ demands. Deputy Chief Pat Farmer said officers felt the man was reaching for a weapon when they shot him, but no weapon was found at the scene.

This was the original post from Cop Block after Dylan Noble’s was “executed” by police on Saturday. There was a vigil, followed by violent clash with police the following the incident. The police claimed Dylan would not comply or show his hands, and showed signs of being suicidal. His mother and friends claimed this was a lie, and the mother is now filing a lawsuit against the Fresno Police Department. The body cam footage had not been released until now:
