GOA Sues Tyrannical New Mexico Governor

The Shall Not Be Infringed Act recently introduced by Rep. Lauren Boebert charts a course back through the rocky shoals of the gun-grabbing tyranny imposed on our nation during the last Congress by the infamous Nancy Pelosi.
The legislation doesn’t just tip its hat to the Constitution; it swears allegiance to it. It is a declaration of self-defense against the very thing we have the Second Amendment for in the first place: rampant government tyranny.
Our Founding Fathers’ Declaration of Independence enumerated the causes which impelled them to make the separation from the misrule of King George III, and it stands today to remind us exactly why that happened. The Colorado Republican’s legislation does the same thing, with logic and reason rather than the normal Washington hot air.
Consider some of the highlights.
For starters, the Shall Not Be Infringed Act addresses red flag laws. These unconstitutional laws take due process (the bedrock of our justice system), throw it on the ground, and like antifa or al Qaeda with the American flag, set it on fire.
Red flag laws can allow law enforcement to seize your guns without evidence based on a whim or a tip, and some give law-abiding citizens no crime no chance
