Frankford, Delaware Man Fined for Shooting Antlered Deer Out-of-Season

Delaware -(Ammoland.com)- A man was charged July 15 with one count of possession of unlawfully taken antlered deer and six counts of deer tagging violations – failure to attach tag to antlered deer, failure to retain tag on antlered deer, failure to retain tag on antlerless deer and three counts of failure to attach tag on antlerless deer.

He pled guilty to one count of possession of unlawfully taken antlered deer in Justice of the Peace Court 3 in Georgetown. Hyson was fined $1,245, including court costs and had his Delaware hunting privileges revoked for two years.
