The argument stems from just about any match in the country: What makes for better scores, practice or load development? While one can’t buy their way to better scores, a perfect rifle will never shoot a bad round straight no matter how good you are.

As suspected, I am a proponent if getting your round as perfect as possible right off the bat. Practice can’t have variables. A shooter needs to be certain that their missed shots are from shooter error, not bad ammo.
