Floridiots Organize Gun BuyBack in Jacksonville

Even Red States like Florida have Blue State BS. Consider this:

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — Since JSO’s gun buyback program started almost 18 months ago, more than 2000 guns have been taken off the streets.

• June of 2013 – 539 guns
• October of 2013 – 683 guns
• January of 2014 – 814 guns
• June of 2014 – Almost 700 guns

For each of those guns, the person turning them in was given $50 in cash.

“The buyback is a great program,” said Harriet McNeal. She lost her son, Brandon Green, to gun violence in late 2013.

McNeal says with Jacksonville has become too violent.
