Leesburg, FL – -(Ammoland.com)- Florida Carry’s Lead Counsel, Eric Friday, has filed a motion for summary judgement against the City of Leesburg, Florida and former City Manager Jay Evans for violations of Florida’s Firearms Preemption Law.
