Female 2A Advocacy Group Heads to Capitol Hill

Tulsa, OK –-(Ammoland.com)- The nonpartisan, Second Amendment advocacy group, the D.C. Project Foundation recently held its first competitive shooting fundraiser at the Reveille Peak Ranch in the scenic hill country of Burnet County, Texas. The 3-Gun, 2-person team match featured a junior shooter or woman on every team. The event raised $20,000 to support the women of the D.C. Project as they travel to Washington, D.C. to meet face to face with the Nation’s lawmakers next month.
Dianna Muller, D.C. Project Foundation founder and match organizer said, “We saw loads of smiles and received a lot of positive feedback on the match. Not only was it a grand time on the range, but the money raised will go directly toward our advocacy work on The Hill. For the first time, we’re able to help the women who donate their own time and money to preserving and protecting the Second Amendment, by covering the cost of their lodging.”
