Federal Judge Rules California Magazine Ban Unconstitutional

On Friday, Judge Benito of the United States District Court in the Southern District of California granted a motion for summary judgment in Duncan v. Becerra, et al., declared that California Penal Code § 32310 was unconstitutional and enjoined the state from enforcing it.
