The Federal Bureau of Investigation is still looking for information related to explosions at two New Mexico churches in 2015 and is willing to dole out a large chunk of cash for tips.
According to an FBI news release, Aug. 2 will be the two-year anniversary of the explosions, and the agency is offering $20,000 for any information that leads to the arrest of the person or persons responsible.
On Aug. 2, 2015, explosive devices went off at Calvary Baptist Church and Holy Cross Catholic Church in Las Cruces, New Mexico. No one was killed or injured during the explosions.
Then, on Aug. 14, 2015, another undetonated device was found at First Presbyterian Church, rendered safe, and removed. Authorities believed this device was placed at the church the same day as the other churches.
Around the time of the of the explosions, a man was seen walking in the parking lot of Calvary Baptist Church, but officials are still trying to identify a person of interest in the case.
