Faxon Firearms Announces Company Expansion

CINCINNATI, OH –-(Ammoland.com)- Faxon Firearms is pleased to announce and welcome Bob George as Director of Sales & Business Development. Bob will be supervising all OEM, distributor, and dealer accounts.

Mr. George comes to Faxon with over a decade of experience at Buck Knives and fifteen years of experience in the Outdoor Industry. As Vice-President of Sales and Marketing at Buck Knives, Bob oversaw the external sales force, dealer network relations, and global branding initiatives. He is a graduate of Ohio Dominican University.

“Bob brings a wealth of knowledge to the Faxon team and we look forward to growing to the next level with his guidance,” said Bob Faxon, Owner, and President of Faxon Firearms.

Joey O’Gara has been promoted to COO. Mr. O’Gara, a graduate of Indiana University, has been with Faxon Firearms for two and half years previously as Director of Operations. His ardent focus on processes and efficiencies have had a huge impact on the growth of the company. Key performance indicators to measure manufacturing turn times, order fulfillment, and customer service response times have been implemented under his direction.
