DoubleStar Ahab Knife Delivers Compact, Discreet EDC Blade

DoubleStar recently announced the release of its newest product from the DSC Blade Division, the Ahab Knife. Division Director Rob “Filo” Cabrera designed the Ahab Knife for everyday carry.

DoubleStar Ahab Knife Features

The Ahab Knife delivers a discrete and compact everyday carry option without sacrificing relevance, according to DoubleStar. Further, the Ahab Knife utilizes 1084 Carbon Steel in its construction. Additionally, the knife employs an oversized ring and precision thumb break to provide the best amount of retention with quick deployment.

“The Ahab’s strong, lightweight construction make it the perfect duty belt utility that will be there when you need it most,” DoubleStar said in a press release. “An oversized ring allows for gloved deployment, while a swedged spine at the point provides for better penetration.”

DoubleStart’s Ahab Knife features precision jimping for proper thumb braking and screwed handle hardware for easy maintenance. Additionally, the carry blade includes versatile eyelet locations that provide greater attachment versatility. Also, the unit is PVD coated for a clean, sharp, durable finish, according to DoubleStar.
