DoubleStar Adds Versatile 10-Inch Cloak M-LOK Handguard

DoubleStar Corp recently announced the release of its newest handguard, the 10-inch Cloak M-LOK. The 10-inch model joins a line that already features 7- and 15.5-inch options. The Cloak M-LOK delivers a solid combination of features many shooters demand in today’s AR accessory market.

The 10-inch Cloak M-LOK delivers a slim, lightweight design profile, making it comfortable for most any shooter to use. Made in Kentucky, the handguard features two QD swivel pockets and M-LOK slots on six sides. The combination makes the Cloak as versatile as the shooter needs, according to DoubleStar.

The company designed the handguard with two anti-rotation tabs that fit tightly to a Mil-Spec receiver. Because the Cloak works with Mil-Spec receivers, shooters using billet receivers will need to be sure the anti-rotation tabs will clear their receiver. Of note, the Cloak will not work with gas piston AR-15 systems.

Each Cloak M-LOK handguard is constructed from 6061 aluminum. Meanwhile, the barrel nut itself is heat-treated to 4140. DoubleStar then hard coat anodizes each model in black, adding to the durability of the product.
