Doer of Deeds : School Security, Who Will Stop Them?

Ever-more sophisticated “facial-recognition technology” is currently in-use by government agencies, banks, casinos, et al.

Several IT companies are now suggesting that the technology be applied to schools in an effort to identify “potentially violent” persons as they approach school buildings. “This technology will put an end to school shootings,” we’re told.

Of course, we’re never told who is going to actually, physically “stop” this VCA, once he has been “recognized.”

Like the canary in the coal mine, this technology doesn’t actually “do” anything about violent threats.

I have to ponder how corrupt Marxist control-freaks throughout our entire government strata will predictably employ this technology, not to protect children, but to “mark” innocent political opponents, including “capitalists,” adherents to Western religions, and particularly gun-owners, as “possible” violent school invaders.
