I’ve never had much of an opinion on Sen. Mitch McConnell. He’s not my senator, and he’s not running for any office I’m likely to vote on, so I never had an opinion of him, neither good nor bad. I knew he voted for gun rights in the past, which was good enough, but that was about it.

I have a definite opinion of him now, and much of that is because he’s stood firm against gun control in the Senate. Not that I think it would happen if he hadn’t–he’s not the only Republican in the GOP-controlled chamber, after all–but he’s made a stand anyway.

Who I don’t have a high opinion of is virtue-signaling prat Ed Stack, the CEO of Dick’s Sporting Goods.

How ironic that Stack is blasting McConnell for not bowing down before the altar of gun control.
