“Connecticut’s legislature made a significant move to protect victims of domestic violence from further harm by abusers by passing a bill that will block people under a temporary restraining order from being in possession of a gun,” reports in their own special way. Speaking of bias, our Question of the Day is their headline. Hence the wording that makes it seem like gun rights are “allowed” by the government. Anyway, the Connecticut law would allow judges to order firearms confiscation from accused abusers without giving them the right to confront their accusers. Until later. Are you OK with that?
