Democrat Senators Threaten SCOTUS With “Restructuring” Over Gun Case

On today’s show, we get into the threats by five U.S. Senators, all Democrats, who are desperate to keep the U.S. Supreme Court from hearing a case challenging a New York City gun law. The New York City law itself isn’t important to the senators; instead the goal is to keep SCOTUS from issuing a ruling that could bring down anti-gun laws across the nation.

We also discuss how a possible semi-auto ban in Canada could impact the gun debate here in the United States, as well as an armed citizen story involving a Lyft driver who had an unwelcome and violent passenger, a man with a lengthy criminal history who fired shots in a Chicago VA hospital, and a Maryland couple who recently came to the aid of an off-duty police officer.
