“The incident began about 11:50 p.m. Friday in the 2900 block of North Milwaukee Avenue in Logan Square,” chicagotribune.com reports. “The Uber driver was parked on the east side of the street, while [22-year-old Everardo] Custodio was on the west side. . . A group of people were walking in front of the Uber driver on his side of the street when Custodio suddenly began firing at them, causing them to scatter.
