Earlier today, the Circuit Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit issued an order in response to an emergency motion filed by Damien Guedes, Firearms Policy Foundation, Madison Society Foundation, Inc., Florida Carry, Inc., and Shane Roden.
