C&H Precision Weapons Introduces New Javelin Action

LaBelle, FL – C&H Precision Weapons, manufacturers of the highest-quality custom-built precision rifles; specializing in the USMC M40 series rifles, the standard issue bolt-action sniper rifle used by U.S. Marine Scout Snipers for nearly 50 years, have announced the release of their new action, the Javelin Action.

The Javelin is a precision bolt action with a standard Remington 700 footprint, for ease of stock selection and off-the-shelf custom fit. With an M-16 style extractor, spiral cut bolt flutes and a side bolt release, Javelin is sure to provide any shooter with a smooth and accurate shooting experience.

The Javelin features a 20 MOA Mil Spec 1913 accessory rail, which is pinned and secured with 8-40 screws; and a pinned precision ground recoil lug.

The Javelin Actions are manufactured with pre-hardened chromium stainless steel (416R); which allows for it to be greatly corrosion resistant. All materials for Javelin are pre-hardened before machining to prevent changing tolerances during heat treatment. Wire EDM-cut, full-length lug ways provide smooth bolt operation and unsurpassed strength and rigidity without inducing stress on any of the parts.
