California: Precursor Parts Bill and GVRO Expansion Passes the State Senate

On September 4, the California State Senate passed both AB 61, which will expand California’s GVRO laws to allow more people to petition for a restraining order and AB 879 which will require background checks on “precursor” firearm parts.
