Both the California Rifle and Pistol Association (CRPA) and the National Rifle Association (NRA) sent out a notice on Friday, June 29, that as California Gun owners “assault weapon” registration deadline approached, the Cal. Department of Justice (DOJ) online registration site was crashing and failing.
