Bullets Need To Go Into Bad Folks, Not Good Folks

Firearm Handling Rule #4 is Be sure of your target and what is beyond it. We need to make sure our rounds are going into the bad people and staying out of the good people. Your shot angle is important when you break the shot. Rounds can and do go through people. This includes pistol, rifle, and shotgun projectiles.
