Board OKs Release of Names For Trapping Survey
Federal survey expected to provide valuable information on trapping.
Pennsylvania -(Ammoland.com)- At the recommendation of staff, the Pennsylvania Board of Game Commissioners authorized the Game Commission to release to the International Association of Fish and Wildlife Agencies the names of licensed furtakers who trap so that the state’s trappers may take part in a federal survey on trapping.
John Dunn, the director of the Game Commission’s Bureau of Wildlife Management, said the results of the survey will provide valuable information on trapping equipment and success rates and it’s important that the state’s trappers be able to take part.
