Ashley Hlebinsky from the Cody Firearms Museum sat down with Michael Bane at SHOT Show 2018 to discuss the renovations coming to the museum in the near future. Hlebinsky is a curator at Cody Firearms. Since becoming a member of the Cody Firearms team, Hlebinsky has used her knowledge to help change the museum in multiple ways.

Cody Firearms is undergoing a complete renovation. Hlebinsky said that they are gutting the museum, and when it is finished, it will display more than 6,000 objects. They are also planning on adding more information for people who are not as familiar with firearms. After the renovations, people will be able to enjoy a hands-on learning experience that will teach them the basics of firearms. For gun enthusiasts, the museum will have plenty of new guns to see and learn about. These renovations will allow Cody Firearms to pull many guns out of their extensive vault. These extensive renovations will be completed in the summer of 2019.
