Benelli Super Black Eagle 3 Named Shotgun of the Year

ACCOKEEK, Md. -(Ammoland.com)- Just six months since its introduction, Benelli’s Super Black Eagle 3, the third incarnation of the company’s revolutionary, flagship shotgun, continues to garner praise throughout the hunting world.

In addition to high demand at retail stores and rave reviews from hunting’s most respected publications, the new Super Black Eagle 3 also won Shotgun of the Year Award at the recent Industry Choice Awards.

The Industry Choice Awards, presented at a banquet in conjunction with the Firearms Industry Team Challenge at Rockcastle Shooting Center, recognized innovation and creativity in new-product development across a host of outdoor categories ranging from optics to ammunition.

An evaluation and voting process to determine the winner of each category included unbiased, hands-on, multi-day testing and evaluation by a panel that included a mix of firearms retailers, distributors, professional shooters, gunsmiths, law enforcement, military personnel, outdoor media recreational shooters.
