Benchmade Hires Mike Ulwelling As Vice President of Sales & Marketing

As the latest member of the Benchmade Team, Mike Ulwelling will oversee Benchmade’s sales channels and marketing.

With a well-rounded base focused on leadership development, Ulwelling brings a driven style of management that will further strengthen the Benchmade culture and brand. During his time at Blount International, Ulwelling led the development and implementation of a new product development process for externally vended items, development of a new product road map for three major categories, and development and implementation of cross-functional business processes in support of management of the business, including product launch and product supply planning. Under Ulwelling’s leadership, Blount Internationals business grew 20% year over year. Ulwelling will bring a combined, 19 years of executive experience from companies such as Hewlett Packard, Ideagility and Service Master Solutions.
