USA – -(Ammoland.com)- It won’t surprise anyone that the hunting professionals at Buck Commander helped design a crossbow that breaks the rules and sets new standards.
But hunters who hold and shoot Barnett’s BC Raptor Reverse will be shocked when they experience the smooth draw, comfortable hold and pin-point accuracy of this reverse-draw crossbow.
Reverse-draw technology gives the BC Raptor Reverse a comfortable feel that other crossbows just can’t match. By bringing the riser and therefore much of the front-end weight closer to the shooter, the reverse-draw configuration of the BC Raptor Reverse provides a much more comfortable and steadier hold than traditional setups.
Reverse-draw engineering also creates a much longer power stroke (15.375″), which allows the BC Raptor Reverse to produce more energy per pound of draw weight. This compact powerhouse packs 330 fps and 97 foot pounds of kinetic energy in a bow that draws at a pleasing 150 pounds.
Of course, as part of the Barnett family, this crossbow also incorporates top-end features like a lightweight Carbonlite riser, an adjustable butt pad, a CNC machined aluminum flight track, finger reminders and a pass-through foregrip.
