Banning Human Silhouette Targets Violates The 1st Amendment

When The Truth About Guns blogged about how one Pennsylvania is going after our paper targets with human figures, I couldn’t believe it:

In the near future, I will introduce legislation amending Title 18 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, which will address the use of human silhouette targets at shooting ranges.
