Auto-Ordnance introduces special edition TIG model Tommy Gun

Kahr Firearms Group follows up the TIG series Deagle with a special edition TIG Thompson chambered in .45 ACP.
The TIG Thompson is a 1927-A1 Deluxe Carbine model shipping with a 20 round stick magazine. A nod to John “Tig” Tiegen, survivor and co-author of 13 Hours: The Inside Account of What Really Happened in Benghazi, the Thompson features Tiegen’s signature, logo and the Beyond the Battlefield engravings
Only 1,000 of these carbines will be manufactured with portions of each sale going to the Beyond the Battlefied Foundation. The foundation, started by Tiegen and his wife, provides wounded vets with support while they undergo rehabilitation and reintegration into civilian life.
The first 50 guns will be sold as a three gun set, featuring the Thompson, Kahr ST9 TIG and Magnum Research Desert Eagle TIG. The set will also feature an autographed copy of Tiegen’s book.
The TIG Thompson retails for $1,544 and will be available starting in January.
