Q: Hi Rick. My daughter was pulled over by Detroit Police over the weekend. She told the officer that she had a CPL. The officer asked her if there was a bullet in the chamber? She said yes. He told her that the new law is not to have a bullet in the chamber. He had her to take the bullets out of her gun and gave her a warning about it. Is this truce (sic) about the new gun law?
