As California prepares to enact gun control measure, Californians buy more guns

Gun sales are surging in the state of California, just ahead of a sweeping new gun control law set to take effect Jan. 1.
The new law will kick in at the start of the year and ban “assault-style rifles.”
As a result, sales of AR-15s, the most popular rifle in America, have gone way up, Fox News Insider reported.

Fox reported that gun sales have gone up 40 percent overall this year in the Golden State, and semi-automatic rifle sales have doubled.
