Armed Veteran Stops Bank Robbery
COBB COUNTY, GA — Last Tuesday, a 25 year-old man by the name of Mark Katchem attempted to rob a Wells Fargo bank, and he almost got away with it.
Katchem walked into the bank that day and slipped the teller a threatening note demanding money. The teller, who was probably trying to avoid a violent situation, handed Katchem the money. The thief walked out of the bank, satisfied that the scheme had gone smoothly and that he now had some free cash in his pocket.
