A masked man entered Lay’s Food Mary in Athens, Ga., passed a note to the clerk that read “[g]ive me all you money or else,” and made a motion indicating he was armed. The clerk responded by retrieving a gun and leveling it at the robber. Once confronted by the armed clerk, the thief fled the scene.
