Tomorrow, Senate Bill 1122 has been scheduled for a hearing in the House Federalism, Property Rights and Public Policy Committee at 2:00pm. Sponsored by state Senator Gail Griffin (R-14), this important legislation would prevent the state of Arizona, a county, city or town government from requiring a person to access or facilitate access to any state, federal or third party database as a condition of selling, gifting, donating or transferring personal property.
