SACRAMENTO, CA — Last week, the California Supreme Court declared that state judges cannot associate with The Boy Scouts of America in what I think is perhaps the first time in California (or even the rest of the country) where a high court has taken it upon themselves to purposely exclude members of a specific organization from it’s ranks because they disagreed with their politics.
