Even though Facebook recently banned pages that allowed the private sale of firearms, some pages that simply promoted 2nd amendment rights have been taken down because of false reporting by anti-gun organizations.
Any page that allowed its users to buy and sell guns privately has been taken down. And many of us who own and operate Facebook pages that report on pro-gun issues have been concerned this action would eventually hurt us as well. Turns out, we were right.

My information: anti-gun Facebook users are reporting these pages. Facebook then pulled the plug without any further vetting. When we contacted Facebook directly, they verified the fact that the pages are not in violation of their policy and republish them. Yesterday, we worked together with Facebook to restore a few pages that were removed for violations of the “Community Standards” update on the sale of firearms. The pages included Santa Cruz Armory and NorCal MedTac, among several others, including a private group of firearms instructors.
