ANJRPC Files Papers To Halt Enforcement Of NJ Gun Mag Ban While Appeal Is Pending

New Jersey – -(AmmoLand.com)- Following up on the filing of a notice of appeal in the magazine ban case on Friday, September 28, 2018, Association of New Jersey Rifle and Pistol Clubs counsel filed additional papers with the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit seeking both an expedited appeal and an injunction halting enforcement of the law until the appeal is decided.

Association of New Jersey Rifle and Pistol Clubs counsel have prepared for every contingency in this case and are working overtime in an effort to overturn New Jersey’s ineffective and unconstitutional magazine ban.

An expedited decision on the request for an injunction pending appeal is anticipated in late October or early November. ANJRPC intends to issue detailed legal and practical guidance for gun owners by that time.
