Columbus, OH -(AmmoLand.com)- Sportsmen must call their U.S. Representative in support of the SHARE Act as soon as possible. Tell them H.R. 2406 includes the top priorities of the hunting, fishing, trapping and recreational shooting communities. Ask them to vote YES on the SHARE Act.

As early as Thursday, Feb. 25, the U.S. House of Representatives is expected to hold a vote on a bill that includes many of the top priorities of the hunting and fishing communities, so immediate calls are essential. For information on your Congressmen, use the Legislative Action Center.

H.R. 2406, also known as the Sportsmen’s Heritage and Recreational Enhancement (SHARE) Act of 2015, contains major sportsmen’s issues that have been worked on by national hunting and fishing groups for several years.

“This bill includes some very important provisions, including strong Open Until Closed language protecting access to federal lands,” said Evan Heusinkveld, Sportsmen’s Alliance interim President and CEO. “Together with a number of pro-hunting and pro-conservation provisions, this bill should be strongly supported by all sides.
