We’re seeing a lot of blue states passing post-Bruen “tantrum” laws, which need to be litigated individually, and pro-gun groups are stepping up to the plate to do just that. Also this week, we explain Florida’s new unlicensed concealed-carry law, and reveal another high-profile Dem who’s violating federal gun laws while the ATFs does nothing.
