Tim with the Military Arms Channel compares a vintage Wilkinson Arms Linda pistol from the Magnum P.I.-era with a new production Carbine variant of the same neato 9mm.
Originally seen as the J&R Engineering M68 Carbine back in the late 1960s, Ray Wilkinson went on under his own banner to produce a bunch of aluminum receiver 9mm Linda pistols (with 8-inch barrels) and longer Carbines with tubular stocks and a 16.5-inch barrel. Proving popular in the big hair days, they made cameo appearances in both the A-Team and Hawaii Five-O (the old school one, not the thing they have now).
Tim has one of those throwback guns in his own collection along with a new model for reference.
I love it when a plan comes together.
