1st Amendment and 2nd Amendment Square Off

An interesting situation is brewing in Minnesota between two neighbors, Matthew Halleck and Kimberly Edson. Halleck is a concealed carry holder who walks his daughters to school every day and carries a firearm with him while he does. Edson doesn’t like it. She is fearful of her and everyone else’s children being around a loaded firearm.

This, in and of itself, isn’t uncommon. Many people are afraid of guns—mostly out of lack of experience and under-education in the area of firearms. But, Edson has decided to take her distaste for Halleck’s choice to carry to a new level. …read more
