This unit is user serviceable. It is constructed with eight conical baffles, seven of which are hardcoat anodized 7075-T6 aluminum. The blast baffle is heat treated and nitrided 17-4 PH stainless steel. The suppressor disassembles for cleaning by removing a modular section containing three baffles. In the long incarnation, the unit is 9 inches long and weighs 13 ounces while the short version is 7 inches and 11.3 ounces. The suppressor reduces the sound signature (while dry) by 33 and 20 decibels for the full and short configurations, respectively.
