Marine Homeowner Shoots Escaped Convict

After two days on the run an escaped convict from the Shoshone County Jail is back in police custody. But he’s not back in jail. He’s in a hospital because a nearby homeowner shot him as stated by KHQ.

Roy Bieluch escaped from jail Tuesday, after climbing through a ceiling duct and out a janitor’s closet. He had been in jail on a burglary charge.
