Hickok45 finds a thing of beauty in a black powder muzzle loading side-by-side shotgun sans tax stamp.
While it looks a lot like a Baker Cavalry Shotgun repro, his is a Pedersoli shotgun lock and stock that he has swapped out the regular barrels for the upper half of a 20-gauge percussion Howdah pistol. If you missed that smoke wagon, Hickok ran it earlier this summer.
And the beauty is that NFA restrictions don’t apply to black powder stuff, meaning his sawed-off (sawn-off?) SBS is all perfectly legal and you can, in most cases, have these primitive weapons shipped right to your door.
