#1 I carry a glock 19 with med grip and night sights

#2 A safariland ALS belt slide. Set up vertical.

#3 My wife and I decided to carry the same gun. I used to carry a Colt LW commander in .45. I love the Glock 19. As for the holster I wanted something that had a level of retention for the times I did open carry.
