CCW Permit Holders Stop 4 Violent Incidents in 5 Days

In a time in which more anti-gun politicians are calling for more gun control laws, sheriffs across the country are calling for more concealed carry permit holders to carry more regularly in order to stop crime and terrorist attacks.

In a span of just 5 days we have examples of at least 4 cases in which violent crimes were stopped because of a good guy with a gun.

The first instance was on December 22nd when a couple used a Craigslist ad to lure unsuspecting buyers and then rob them at gunpoint. The only problem was that these would-be-buyers were armed.

According to the Washington Times,

Brandon Johnson, 22, was shot several times about a block from his home in Gary, Indiana, after he pulled a gun on the would-be buyers and tried to rob them, officials said. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

A northern Indiana man was killed and his girlfriend shot after trying to rob two Illinois men looking to buy a vehicle from a Craigslist ad, police said.
